The kitchen and main living area are located on the first floor. This living area is complete with a lounge suite, TV, video, DVD player, stereo and dining area. The dining table seats 10 people comfortably. It has a split system air-conditioned/heater for your comfort. Out the French doors is a large decking area with stairs to the garden. The gas BBQ is located on the decking.
The kitchen is complete with crockery, cutlery, gas hotplate, an electric fan forced oven, microwave and a dishwasher.
The Master Bedroom has a walk in robe, ensuite and opens out to a balcony overlooking the Smith’s Beach area with a romantic outdoor setting for two.
The Ground Floor
The ground floor is designed to offer a separate living area complete with a second TV, video and a pinball machine. Ideal for the kids to get away from the adults!
There are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 bunk beds and the other with a queen size bed. All bedrooms have built in robes, pillows and doonas are supplied. All you need to bring are your sheets, pillowcases and towels. There is a shared bathroom between these two bedrooms and a laundry. The laundry is complete with a washing machine and dryer.
